This hotel is conveniently located in the bustling Butik Bingtang area, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a fantastic kitchenette that includes a microwave, making it extra convenient. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing with very limited dishes offered.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a connected balcony with a partial view of the KL Tower. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and having a kitchenette was a great perk. However, the service was a bit lacking as we felt like we were only assisted with select services. The location was strategic, near major shopping areas, but the dining options were limited. Overall, it was a comfortable and value-for-money stay.
